My game continues to crash.. It's pretty annoying, I've updated everything, redid my whole game and all it does is crashes. If anyone can help I'd really appreciate it. My log is http://pastebin.com/4sSWmDQE

I by no means know how to interpret a log. However, does it crash when the menu says "Loading and Populating World"?

If so, its a modded carvariation or Vehicles.meta that is causing it.

It is crashing on the "loading story mode", which indicates there is an issue with the game data.  To verify, you did a fresh install of GTA, correct?  and what all have you reinstalled aside from the game?

I keep thinking that's it but I'm not sure, I'm going to try and see if any of them are messed up.

Those files are very picky. If it is crashing when it says "Loading and Populating Game World" then it is most definitely a carvariations.meta or vehicles.meta.

A missing > or < or a space or anything like that can cause it to crash.

I verified the integrity of the game cache and it works after that, then I just install new vehicles, ped, sounds, visuals, weapons. Usually doesn't crash but now it is for some reason.

 Did you install everything all at once and then try to play? or did you install a few at a time?  If you installed them a few at a time, what was the most recent thing?

I installed everything, then tried running the game.

Unfortunately, because you did it that way, it makes it nearly impossible to narrow down what may be the exact cause.   I'm going to try going over your log again and see if I can identify anything that may be out of whack.  The only thing that I can advise at this point is to either

a) Uninstall all your mods and re-add them two by two.

b) One by one remove them to see if it's an issue.

I advise when installing mods, do it like me, two at a time, then check and verify the game works.

The issue is most likely either related to ped or sound.  However, what visuals did you add?

I actually didn't install peds, but I did install a new weapon sound pack and the installation wasn't any different than the other sound pack I had. The visuals I used were: 

Never gave me trouble the first time I installed it.

Something new for me is the CHP Mega Pack, it had me replace the gameconfig which I've never done and it also had me replace the carvar and the vehicles.meta files in mpluxe

My first assumption is that the gameconfig from the CHP pack may be the issue, as GTA was updated.  I don't know if TheHurk updated that gameconfig to suit the new GTA version.  Old gameconfigs will not work with new GTA versions.

My second assumption is that the sound pack might be the issue.  If you know TheHurk's gameconfig is up to date,go ahead and remove the sound pack and replace it with the vanilla sounds.  If the sounds aren't the issue, you can always re-add them later on.

I'm probably guessing that it's the sound pack considering the fact that I replaced TheHurk's gameconfig with the original one and it still crashed so let me try that. I'll let you know how it goes.

Turns out it didn't. Crashed at the same time as before. I really appreciate you helpin' me out! :D

I'm reading your log trying to decipher it.  I'm no expert at reading it, but I'm seeing quite a few problems.

For one, what graphics card are you running?  Two, are you running RPH as admin?

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950, and I don't run RPH as an admin

Try running it as admin.  Part of what I was seeing was a permission error.

Also, go into your main GTA V directory and scroll down. Can you verify that you have 23 of the "x64a/b/c/ etc.rpf"?

Ran as admin, same thing. And I do have all 23 x64's.

I found this error in your log: Failed to create D3D11 device for Grand Theft Auto V: 887a0001

I searched it up, and the only viable thing I found was that it was graphics card related.  At this time, I'm not sure what could be the issue.  I'm going to keep trying to figure it out, though.

Alright sounds good, I also play FiveReborn with my friends and GTA V runs with that. I have to use a clean copy with FiveReborn though so I'm not sure if it's my graphics card, it might be though.
