I've Tried Multiple Times, But I Think There Not In The Right Folders. I Saw The DSOUND And It Said There Was DSOUND And DSOUND(2). Can AnyOne Make A Video Or Show Me How To Do It? Thanks.

Put ELS.ini and ELS.asi in the Main Folder, and remove Dsound2. To use:

ELS defaults are J K L U I Alt+M...and some other controls I cant remember, all mine have been modified

Ya do as what asuna suggested. is really simple. You need to place it in the main directory which is the c drive, program file, rocksstar. And the keypad button is jkl alt u and alt t
