The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I'm wondering how it could be like a callout featuring more riots through the streets of a major city (for example Los Angeles), just like those we're hearing in TV when Black Lives Matter group is involved. I mean when a lot of thugs (of any race, of course) create disorder, halt traffic, start brawls, etc. If you know what I'm talking about.

 

It would be really nice and entertaining for anyone who plays LSPDFR. Don't you?
