Install Cars

Morning All,

I am new to LSPDFR and love it. I do have some issues installing some things as well as the mods and cars. I downloaded a couple cars I like but they did not come with any install instructions. Does anyone know where I should be placing them? I have the steam version of game.

You have to have "OpenIV" installed to be used along with "mods" folder. This will ensure that your original GTA files and folders are left untouched. It prevents auto-updates from kick-starting upon launch which will attempt to re-patch your modded files.

Secondly, cars are usually installed into patchday folders like what @Slendis had mentioned. The folder can be found at mods\update\x64\dlcpacks. If unsure of where to install, comment in the section of whatever car you wish to install and ask for help!
