Ok so I have my back-ups I reverted back to them. Went to play LSPDFR and after I signed in on social club it automatically updates and takes me back to square one. I not someone who just automatically goes to posting a question and waiting for the answer. I have searched for almost 24 hours for a solution I've seen where you can put -scOfflineOnly in the command.txt in GTAV main directory, problem is when I go to hit save it say "access denied". So I am stuck either until RAGE updates or I find a solution. Can anyone help?

Turn off your wifi and/or unplug your PC from the internet, then launch GTA V.  If you have signed into your Social Club account in online mode within the last 24 hours, it should let you play, and it won't be able to update.

 

The annoying thing is that if you don't sign in to your account once every 24 hours, it will actually lock you out of the game and not let you play single player mode.  To this day I wonder why Rockstar got away with this when EA and Microsoft created a hullabaloo when they tried to do it with SimCity and the XBox One.

Thanks I'll try it when I get off work. Crappy thing is I just started playing LSPDFR like week and half ago and just 3 days ago I finally got all my callouts in and everything I wanted and got to play for couple days before this update lol. So I'm new to all this I don't even know how long it takes for RAGE to update it could be a month for all I know. Another thing I had a question about is can I still use the callouts I have when RAGE does update or will I have to wait till all those are updated?
