LCPDFR doesn't launch

Featured Replies

I have GTA IV installed on my PC and my laptop. Both have LCPDFR. The laptop's LCPDFR works "perfectly". My PC's one won't launch. When I uninstall LCPDFR, it works fine. I have no clue what's happening. The diagnostic tool tells me to check my logs and it has several errors. I don't know how to fix it, and would be grateful if you guys could help. :)

Thanks!

Found two problems in the log.

1) You are using two asi loaders. Make sure you delete one.

2) You do not have scripthookdotnet installed. Install that and you are good to go.

I've got the scripthook files and only have xlive.

Turns out I attached the wrong log file (old one). Here's the new one!

I looked through the log file thoroughly and I can't see any errors except it saying "Scripthook - Shutting down" Also looking at your folder for xlive you are missing other files for it such as xlive_d.dll + Src folder.

Download xliveless properly from here http://gtaforums.com/topic/388658-relgtaiv-xliveless/ use the first download link

Also what part does your game crash?

I double click the shortcut. The process runs for about 10 secs then the game never launches.

EDIT: The game works now. Reinstalling xlive helped a lot :)

Glad to hear it. And for the record, any computer that runs Windows is a PC.

I don't understand the point of signatures on this site. What the fuck is the point?

I figured it had something to do with xlive. Glad to know it's up and running.
