Hi everyone,

I'm looking to create either a 1980's or maybe an early 1990's sort of setting in GTA V with some car mods. I was inspired by the 1988 car pack someone made for GTA IV, and would like to do something similar with V. With all the car mods out there, I was wondering if there is any the LSPDFR team recommends.

Honestly, GTAV mods would be your best bet. As for Police Cars, @Lundy and @FCVP71 have made classic patrol cars. FCVP71 also made some taxis.

My best advice would be to go to GTAV-Mods and type in the search bar 1977, and then 1978, then 1979, then 1980 and so on. You'll come up with most of the cars you'll want.

I had been trying to do this. Starting from 1989, and going backwards. My first attempt had me using cop cars and taxis from the 70's 80's and 90's A weird mix of the three decades. I like my cars, like I like my music, I guess. I had the Dodge Polara, 89 Caprice, 94 Caprice as the three LS cop cars. I uninstalled them for another try I don't know if I want to do that weird mix like I was doing, or if I want to go strictly 1980's. Or if there is enough car mods out there to try to recreate 1980's traffic for Los Santos. I knew about Lundy, but I didn't know about FCVP71, so this will help greatly. :)

Edit: I take that back. I was using FCVP71's taxi pack. Whoops.
