The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

ah, as opposed to tall of those expected crashes.....

gimme a second, i'll have a check. looks like the crash may have been caused by a seatbelt chime mod. that or you have some weird ws before console entries. so check the swat callouts mod.or maybe the army callouts mod. basically, check all the add-ons are installed correctly.

 

Remember: Always use a mods folder!

Yeah, looks like you might have outdated khorio.common file or old SWAT callouts.
