I tried Police Simulator, not enough depth and it doesn't have much management aspects in it.

Police Force and Enforcer are a joke.

Police 10 13 looks great but it didn't come out yet.

This is the police is interesting yet I didn't play it that much, but willing to.

911 operator looks interesting (but from gameplays I can see that the calls are repeating themselves, so the game kind of ends at some point)

The emergency series is great but it is not focused on the police and it cannot be considered a management game.

LSPDFR is great but we can't deny the fact that GTA V wasn't built to be a police simulator and thus it won't be great.

So yea, you got my point, I would really appreciate a recommendation to a good police/dispatch sim with some management aspects.

Oh I would love to but I suck at art, programming won't be enough unless people will like a text based police sim :P

LCPDFR and LSPDFR are the only police games out there that allow you to play in a realistic manner if you please. GTA V brought stability and that was amazing. To get a set of mods to work on GTA IV required a priest and a gallon of holy water. 

Police 10-13 is the only thing in the near future that may even come close to a police sim. I'm still doubting if they can actually accomplish what they say they will.

It's such a niche market that there isn't one, but perhaps you'd be interested in roleplaying in the ArmA series? Granted stuff is clunky since it's ArmA, but there's some really cool mods and RP servers out there that allow you to RP as a cop with other players.

 

Yeah I forgot about Arma. On the surface it is an awesome concept. Ruined by people who don't want to RP and dumb kids. 90% of servers staff don't have a backbone and give several chances to people who deserve bans. I started on a troll server in Arma 2 that ran takistan life. Worked my way up to be a server admin and cleaned out the police force. Made them an effective fighting force. Then they changed over to island life and lost the trolls and community. Died.

Then I joined a server, Arma 2 island life called Ark or something. Worked my way up. Cleaned out the cop force. Made it effective and true. Server owner just poofed and quit without notice. Another waste of months.

Then my buddies and i got back into it and started our own group. Code3rp. We ran that for several months during the summer. When school started for the kids who make up most of the players. The server slowly died down. 

So... I am never doing Arma RP again. It just is not worth the time and effort necessary to fully enjoy it. My youtube channel has some old vids from takistan life. Wish i did more for the better servers.
