    As Original Light said, it is Invision and I believe you have to pay for the rights to use the software along side with paying for a place to host the forum, The link to Invision is at the very bottom of every page on the forums.

    I can't really comment on how our internal infrastructure works due to a lot of reasons, but the forum software as mentioned is IPS 4 which is a paid software.
