The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Everything loads fine but no police stations on map.

Everything loads fine including the plug in hook and all. When the game finally Loads there is no message saying that "LSpdfr 0.3.1 loaded successfully". No police stations on map, I've got a safe house  in the story mode only completed 1 mission. Please help!?

Make sure the plugin for LSPDFR is loaded in RPH. When you start  it the RPH splash screen will appear, click on the cog wheel and it'll take you to the settings, go to the plugins section and make sure LSPDFR is set to load up.
