lighting issue

having a lighting issue on a few cars the lights are not red and blue but more of a clear color tried to mess with my graphics and still not finding a fix to this issue could some one lead me in the right direction thanks

Install a mod like Radiance V or any other light-changing mod, and put your Post-FX to High or Ultra.

Slendis is right on the Post FX part. i have Radiance V installed and every other light looks amazing, except my lightbars still look like crap on some cars, but i refuse to change my post fx so i just use other cars. but most likely that is the problem for you. let us know if that helps.
