is there a mod avaible who simulates gang activitys in areas with modded persons who has gang clothes on ..?

Oh, also, has anyone else noticed (or is this just my game?) that some of the homeless guys like to ride Faggio scooters? They don't wear helmets and I'm not sure they should be driving with a glass/wooden eye in one socket...

 

I dind the in feroci's and all of the most expensive cars...seems legit :)

There was a list of gangs that someone made into a forum and it was really good,il try and find it for you :)

Answer to your question: Hove Beach. You will need atleast backup or an automatic weapon to comfortably patrol in that area, even then you cant let your guard down. As soon as you point a gun at someone they pull one out and all their buddies start shooting at you.

If you do decide to patrol in Hove Beach then watch out for the schafters specifically the black ones as they always pull out uzis at you ;)

Check the forum for a post that has a downloadable list of gangs, where they hang and photos to boot.  I think the post is called "gang list" or something like that..

Was just about to post a link to your thread. LoL you beat me to it. 

I recommend Hove Beach for both Gangs and Bait car. Right in front of Roman's pad, by Vlad's Bar, you could get into some trouble if you mess with the wrong person. I made that mistake once thinking I'm Rambo and got turned into Swiss cheese by some guy and his Comrades, they even came out of their cars to have a go at me.

For your bait car attempt, you can try it in the area where the swing set glitch is at. I usually get some action around there, and its really close to a PD station if you have to transport someone, or a hospital if you get shot. but the same as Hove Beach Russians, be careful with the guys by the swing set glitch area. Those guys really don't take kindly to cops who mess with their friends.

 

You can also try a bait car in the north side of Algonquin, where you have to take a picture of this guys with a phone for playboy. That area is really good for bait cars.

I would check South Bohan and Hove Beach, those are two places I usually get attacked at or find gang activity. Also watch for people leaning against walls, in most cases I've tried to talk to the ones in alley ways they bolt and run. Bohan has Black and Hispanic gangs and Hove Beach has mostly Baltic and European gangs. Be safe out there trooper!
