This is the only mod i have ever tried to use in GTA 4 there are no others installed apart from the recommended enhanced police station mod. 

GTA works fine but when the mod is installed i get a little message saying loader.loader failed and none of the hot-keys for the mod work. 

When i use the diagnostics tool everything passes except from the log stage and attached is the log it spat out:

I am using the latest version of gta4, Windows 10 64-bit. I have all C++ redistributes in x86 and x64, .Net Framework up to 4.6 and direct x is up-to-date.

Thanks for all your help haha :( this forum is terrible, guess i'm not gonna get to try this mod out. 

First of all you posted in the wrong forum section so nobody is going to reply.

Second of all LCPDFR is outdated and no longer maintained because the vast majority of us are working on GTA V now not IV so support is further limited.

Finally lose the attitude, this is full community ran support if people are able to help you they will. Have some respect and be patient, if you can't do that uninstall the mod and enjoy not playing it.
