  3. This is the only mod i have ever tried to use in GTA 4 there are no others installed apart from the recommended enhanced police station mod. GTA works fine but when the mod is installed i get a little message saying loader.loader failed and none of the hot-keys for the mod work. When i use the diagnostics tool everything passes except from the log stage and attached is the log it spat out: Diagnostics_21.8.2016_14_36_27.log I am using the latest version of gta4, Windows 10 64-bit. I have all C++ redistributes in x86 and x64, .Net Framework up to 4.6 and direct x is up-to-date.
