So I have had CustomBackup in for a few weeks. All of a sudden, when I go on duty, it does not seem to load. I have it set to override/take the place of the default LSPDFR backup, but the default backup menu still shows up.

Could you just wait a hot minute before posting 3 different posts about your issue? 

Also, the README file (which is named "read me" because you're supposed to read it) has very specific troubleshooting instructions. I would suggest that you read that first, and then follow those instructions. They will tell you some things to do which should fix your problem, and if that doesn't work, will tell you exactly what to do to request my help. 

If all that doesn't work, then come back and post with everything the README says to post so you can get help.

I have read the readme in its entirety. Also, I know that I made a comment on the download page or the WIP thread, so I'm not sure where there is a third post. Also, I figured to post this as well as the comment because a friend of mine told me that people over a certain number of followers don't get comment notifications or something like that, so I apologize for not knowing that you actually do receive notifications (excuse me to yell at my friend please, lol).

You posted once on the forum topic for custom backup, once on the file download, and once here in a separate thread. 3 times. 

Users can configure their notifications as they see fit. You can see in the "following" list that I follow both the forum thread and download page of my own mods, so I would get a notification.

From looking at your rph.log file, the problem is that LSPDFR isn't finishing loading because of some exception being thrown with regards to weapons:

Given that the log ends there, whatever the problem is, it's preventing LSPDFR from loading completely, so of course custom backup can't finish loading. Maybe you have some weapon mod which is messing things up. It's not custom backup specifically though.
