The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Every call that goes out stays on the map, and a red dot sometimes blue is always following me around and showing up random places. See picture.

 

I'm going to start removing plugins and such to start tracking it down.

RAGE Plugin Hook 0.43 has a bug which doesn't remove blips from the radar. 0.44 will probably fix this bug, but in the meantime, the fix is that you need to downgrade to version 0.42 which can be found here
