Hello guys, I have a problem with lspdfr mod. I have installed it with new patch of rage plugin hook and when Im launching the game with rage plugin hook , i dont have police station on my map.
Can you help me?

When you load Rage, click the gear icon, go to Plugins, and click the little box next to LSPDFR. Then load the game.

Yup, you just have to do that every time you put something in your Plugins folder (except plugins that require LSPDFR, like callouts) so that Rage knows to run that plugin.
