there are NO lights! They are there but i dont see the lights! I can see the LIGHT (When I press j) but not the lightS

the lightbar! There is no lightbar

Sorry i can't make screenshots? BUT it look like this car without the red and white (Light bar) lights on the roof!

Let me guess, you installed ELS but are still using the default GTA IV police cars?
