The police radio and another menu from a script flashes or blinks on the screen. Anyone else having this issue? Would be great if it can be resolved. Gameplay doesn't seem to be affected but it can get annoying.

Yeah theres no fix man. 

Shift + Ctrl + Z , i used it once to adjust Police Radio to my resolution , and it seems it fixed itself . But i don't know for you ...

Glad I'm not the only one with the issue. It's highly annoying, I began removing plugins to see if something was causing a conflict. If I pull Traffic Policer out it's fine and doesn't flicker.

But removing that takes 95% of the realism out soooo...guess were SOL? lol. I'm not on a low end computer either, some have said it's how RPH runs with Direct X....still....cmon guys..

 

also i dont know if its a traffic policer issue but when i press down on my dpad the map zooms in and out.
