The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I have tried the all the solution I could but doesn't worked. So I decided to roll-back my RPH near 0.36. How can I get backup file of 757 or 678? I mean Ragehook backup.

Yes. RPH just copied the game files directly.
