It's definitely not an Arjent.

The only lightbar I know of with a black top like that is the nFORCE, but the shape is slightly different, it doesn't curve as much as the nFORCE does.

I could have sworn Ive seen a photo of a car with black domes on its Arjent recently. But I do know that Code does black covers:
