I'm trying to install latest LCPDFR on EFLC episodes. My pc meets the requirements.

are you running it as administrator? right click and hit run as administrator

But this is with LCPDFR 0.91 because when installing RC2 I still get the same error as in my first post, even when running as administrator.

After updating your patch, Run the installer as admin and remove the read-only properties from your GTA IV folder.

Hmmm... I was wondering if you uninstall GTA IV, then delete the directory and then create it yourself. Your then the owner of the folder and hopefully that will mean that you won't have any problems applying attributes.
