The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

    You need to upgrade your game to 757. Run the game without RAGEPluginhook and allow it to upgrade to the latest version which is 757.4 and then that should work and allow you to play with RAGEPluginho
