The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

    Okay. Know i have unblock all files i GTA V main, Plugin and LSPDFR folder. Know i just have to wait for the new RPH to the new verison GTA V. Hope it works buddy :)

Take screenshots from your Main directory and  your LSPDFR and Plugins folder :D

 

Just don't insult or demeaned big or small efforts because i know that you can't do it so calm down and just watch their awesome work

Win 10 Home. Never had the problem before, and have always run LSPDFR on win 10 home whit out problems.

Check in the mods folder that you have the latest version of your game because if you don't have the latest version you will get few issues :D

I  think this going to help you how to unblock files on Windows 10 , if you still don't understand how to unblock i can send another one 
First off you will need to unblock your files from the source , i mean that you will need to get Original files of RPH and LSPDFR and unblock them

But the Ragepluginhook files must be unblocked in its file and LSPDFR the same :D

Then copy LSPDFR after unblocking the files to GTA V directory then RPH(after unblocking) to GTA V directory :D
