I converted a whelen from GTA IV - V (right). When I test it in game and compare with default one (left). It just appeared but not bright as the default one.

Please help. I'm a beginning modder..Regard

Up the emissive multiplier in zmodeler.

Yes, I did. It was 25 at that moment.

Is the emissive material above the glass material in the material browser?

Sorry no.  You would have better luck with someone else.  I still can't get down exactly how to convert lights properly.
