Hello

I am having an issues with my LSPDFR Crashing it happen all the time.

my Rage hook crashing on start i had to reinstall my game 2 times and it still did not work. 

I am using a steam version of Gta 5.

It a new copy of gta5 no Plugins Installed

I have included my rage hook log file in the spoiler section.

now my ragehook is saying 

The game installation is corrupt. Please re-install the game.

You installed it on your desktop.
That's obviously where you've installed GTA V then?
Find your game folder and install it there.

no i did not install it in to my desktop 

no i have shortcut of rage hook in my desktop

I have noticed rph 41 giving many issues on widows 10 and those running a firewall and anti virus I'm background. Disable both. Rph 41 also has been a little buggy I think but it's more of rock* doing then rph. You would probably have more luck at the rph site on this as the site doesn't support rph inquiring. I'm seeing many stream also on youtube live a new July 4th dlc update so ensure you didn't update if so as rage would need to be updated again and could cause a game fail to start and if it did work could cause crashes. I'm not sure if a update did occur or what they are referring to as mine didn't try to update at all.

It clearly says that you've put RPH.exe (not as a shortcut) on the desktop because that's where it's searching.
Put it in your GTA V folder and launch it from there.
