If you've ever got a problem getting someone into a Hilux pod, simply look around and make sure no one is looking and maybe accidentally slam the door on the perps head :whistling:

In this day and age there's no chance on getting away with that - especially in the ACT. Even if it's not a member of the public, AFP members take their mandatory reporting stuff very seriously. :pirate:

On a side note, looking for videos of how terrible Canberra drivers are, found one with the new NSW RFS trucks. Those new mini-exacalibur bars are sexy as. Loved them since WAPol got them.

...and of course some quality policework from up your end of the country. =P  When we get QLD vehicles, I expect the boot to be an extra. They both also failed to indicate...

(yes, I'm having a lazy morning on the computer)

On the topic of interstate stuff, drove down to Melbourne this last week. @Macgregor, you guys suffering a bit of a shortage on cops? I drove about 2200km over the week, 1400 of those in vic. Saw a total of one cop car and it was coming for me (came across a car rollover on the Monash fwy, typical me - always coming across work while on holidays). Other than that, nada.

In the 800km or so of nsw, highway cars the whole way down - at least 5 of them.  Nothing on the way back. Interesting to see they've started hiding again, even got a bit creative with where they were - up hills off to the side of the road, bushes in the middle, behind signs...

they might use more unmarked IDK

Yeah, much better looking than the VW vans and I imagine a lot easier to get uncooperative people in to given the lower profile, rather than having to lift people in to the Hilux pod you're working closer to ground level.

lol, in Darwin they just pick em up and chuck em into the cage on the back of the hilux that counts as a pod.

Saw that VicPol Mercedes show car or whatever it is down in Cranbourne the other day

There UGLY ASF the Cras good but the Lights and "Pod" is shit.

The pods in those were literally cages bolted to the tray. They had a tendency to come loose and rattle around a bit. Worked with a woman who swears black and blue that she was going up a freeway on ramp with a lock up and the cage came free and slipped off the back.

Happened about 15 years ago, so before my time and before people ran around taking photos of everything.

I secretly really love the look old school ones with the beacons or big rotator light bars. Totally agree, too, perfect for the country areas

Did the latest GTA update break anyone else's Ford Territory (sheriff2) and hilux (policet)?

It broke my whole game, but still not sure what the culprit is- I've rounded it off to one of the car mods I have, not sure which one
