Has anyone done some polair and westpac rescue skins for the police helicopter? Either the default one or the UV-mapped version?

If not, would someone like to..?

I'm pretty sure there was a polair skin for this somewhere (probs gta5-mods) but it wasn't that good

This is my idea so buzz off, :P

Okay so since in Victoria, blue ribbon day is coming up and I have plans to make a custom concept skin for a sepcific model. What do you guys prefer? VE Sportwagon? VF? FG? FGX? Hilux?

Kidding it's no where near done yet

If you don't read my readme files don't inbox me asking for help

I like the fine print you have there :P

At least it's bigger than the bank's fine print.

I got excited for a minute there until I red the fine print. God dammit.

NOTICE:

I will be on leave from 28/09 - 02/10 as I am going to drive to Sydney. Due to this I will NOT be making progress on any skins. I will try to make as many skins as possible in the meantime before I leave and releasing them. HOWEVER, I will not make any skins in a rush and degrade the skins, rather I will attempt to allocate as much tie as possible to the production of skins. I will do my upmost best to release a skin every two days or even every day, however, I will be rejecting skin requests for now as I have a few in mind that I would like to produce. I hope you can all understand this issue. Whether you care or not, I am putting this message out if anyone is worried about where I am (which you guys probably wont be)

Also I will do my best to get as many paparazzi shots of the police in NSW, especially thouse on the Hume.

On a side note, last time I went, I saw a lot of AFP cars patrolling. Any NSW peeps know why they patrol?

Never seen it but looks like a concept livery. Hence the wheels

Red or maroon AFP vehicles with a yellow highlight around the decals are Protective Services Officers. They're not so much patrolling (little to no powers outside of Commonwealth establishments) as doing premises checks on embassies, electoral offices and similar. They're akin to the Wilson's Security vehicles you see kicking around and do essentially the same thing but for the federal government.

White vehicles with 'Australian Federal Police' markings with orange highlighting around the decals (and usually red/blue coloured glass in the lightbar) are aviation or airport police. They're fully sworn AFP police officers who are generally (not always) special constables in the state they're in so they can charge under state law (though they don't generally, they'll detain until the local police arrive) and perform traffic duties etc. Usually these and the PSO cars have 131AFP or 000 written on the side as the phone number.

Any other vehicle with the wavey flag style pattern and just 'Police' written on it will generally be ACT Policing general duties vehicles. They'll have a Hazard 90 bar with clear glass. These'll usually have 131444 on the side.

I'd say they're a bit higher than your average Wilson security haha. They carry a gun and as you said, have arresting and charging powers as special constables (but don't usually)

Security fellas can do fuck all and can't even carry a baton, taser or capsicum spray, only a torch and their bare hands.

you would be wrong, PSOs and Wilson security rapid patrols actually share a patrolling radius on the ADFA/Duntroon base and around parliament house. and read what he said again PSO's are not special constables,  the two are very different.

PSOs have limited arrest powers and the power to detain person for state crimes w/o being special constables.

PSOs and Wilson wouldn't patrol ADFA or Duntroon, that would be left to MPs. PSO and Parliament security patrol parliament house. Federal govt doesn't use private security for defense bases or important govt property.
