Anyone live close enough to a station or got a mate that services highway patrol cars in one or another that can snap some real close up pics of the defender light bar? 
Would solve a great debate on the shape of the domes inside, pics on the internet are varying, one pic has stretched domes and others normal circles.

More importantly @Macgregor needs reference images and the internet is not providing the goods.

They're normal circles.

Saw one of these in Sydney and was inspired to make one. A VF with a 90 series would be perfect for this!

Most of the DPU (red noddy cars) are becoming Camry's at the moment from what I've seen/heard. 

Most of the national AFP cars are now Cruze's, too...

If I were a Federal Agent and was told to drive a Cruze, I'd probably just say fuck it and drive my own car.

Huh. Well fuck me, that makes sense seeing as whenever I've seen a HWP with it's beacons on it resembles this

Not like a circle LED/Dome flash.

 

ahh fuck I'd seen the quad core one's but I was assuming aus used the tricore variant's. That explains a bit

Could be worse. ACT government employees are trialling electric bicycles to move between offices for meetings instead of the electric/hybrid cars they've been using... word is the bicycles will be staying.

NSW use the standard Tricore modules. If you want more pics of something, have a look on my flickr page or let me know.

On a completely related note, Casey Neistat was in Sydney and I missed him haha. He was close to my house too, could've got the bus to his hotel XD

I cant Remember , but i dont think an nsw one is the works

there is the sportwagon version that moose released
