If you are on steam, then verify your game install. then start again with a mods folder (if you havent already delete the old one start again) the last update was a real c*nt to get going for me. then reinstall everything from scratch, lspdfr > scripthook/ragehook > then add plugins one at a time (some might not be updated or you need new versions) then slowly start adding cars, if you add too many at once it can cause issues

Very nice, you're pretty much in Sydney though, and depending on how close to the node you are, you might not have to travel far to the node, and from the node you again don't have to travel far to either the nearest exchange or data centre even.

 

I anticipate ~25mbps download, being 

a) on a main road

b) semi-rural town (not really, but kind of)

c) two hours away from Sydney

From the eye, not a precise spot, it should sit about halfway if not sitting at 3/4ths of the front driver/passenger Windows. (Edit: actually either on or a few cm's in front of the middle pillar between the front and back doors) @aussiesim
