He made many things for IV, but kept them all for private/clan use

Nah, the one with your computer by default is just ordinary paint. I call the program, one step better than paint, one step less complicated than Photoshop

Try paint.net, I know many who use this to make textures including myself. Available here: http://www.getpaint.net/index.html

Please don't suggest pirating (illegally) downloading a copy of Photoshop here. If you really have to do it, just leave it to pm's

Well firstly, I would like to say... Holy f**k, I'm gone for 4hrs and there's 4 new pages!!! I'd like to make a few comments on various things I saw, as I very quickly skimmed through... @SkillfulCorpse, those skins are looking mint. Keep up the bloody nice work man, nothing can stop you with producing top quality stuff!! @Macgregor, that VE is looking great mate. And damn that lightbar is good, and it would be good to see some SAPOL stuff but depends what others are doing. @snit, I knew SAPOL had marked Territory's for the STAR group but never have I known or seen unmarked Falcon's or Territories.
