Well the best I can tell it was either a problem with PeterUCallouts or with a particular line about replacing music/speech  from Secondary Callouts (FiskeyINI). I think I have the problem solved. Was an odd one, never seen a "fiber" that caused a sleep timer. Thanks for the help.
