The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

When opening through ragehook and/or the regular .exe the game remains on the loading screen(s).

I updated RPH and the game.

just updated all the plugins and it is doing it...

 

ironically it did play for a bit yesterday hence why i didnt come back here

 

but now it is doing it again
