Hi all. So I forgot to backup my files before modding and now I need original vehicles.oac file. Maybe someone have it and can give the link of download? Thank you.

Original files can't be shared. It's up to you to make sure you make a back-up of the files you modify. It's also up to you to actually

make a mods folder to not have to modify original files.

So what should I do? Where do I get that file? And why the hell original files can't be shared?

Because sharing original files would be considered piracy. You already own the game files, there is no need for you to download them from an untrusted source. 

Reinstall your game or re-verify your game cache to obtain the file. In the future, remember to make backups.

Ok, i re-installed the game and now, when after 1 minute when I go on-duty, LSPD First Response.dll crashes and it's happening every time I drive out of PD. And I noticed 1 thing: when I'm trying to go to the Downtown PD locker room, game gives me 3 wanted levels and the lockers door is not opening. What's the problem here?

You've failed to properly install LSPDFR - Re-read the installation guides.
