Ok so when I load GTA 5 though rage plugin hook it crashed right away and says game has stopped working

I have everything up to date and I tried taking out my mods folder that didn't work I also tried disabling directx in RPH settings that didn't work either

But if I load my GTA 5 through the exe launcher it works fine

So please someone help me
