The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Game wont start after new update  , error is breakpoint A breakpoint reached.   If I remove MODS folder it goes in. Am I gonna have to start all over with every file in my mods folder or is there a workaround of some kind???

As with every title update, you're gonna have to reinstall all your mods. The update.rpf in your mods folder where most modded files go has to be replaced with the new one included in the update. As a result all edits you did will be lost and have to be done again, and there is no way around that.
