After update GTA5, it keep crashing with remaining files in mods folder. When remove mods folder in GTA5 Folder, it works well.

    Same as it has always been. Any GTA packages inside your mods folder need to be replaced with the new versions. Typically this is the update.rpf file. So yes, you need to delete all of your mods and start again.
