    There isn't a "best" graphics mod.  Everyone has their own tastes and opinions on what is the best.  You'll get people saying x, y,z and so forth.  It comes down to what you like best for your game, and the style you want your game to look like.
     
    My advice is install different graphics mods and try them out.  They are easy to install and uninstall, just remember to back up your original files before replacing.
