Hello today I downloaded LSPDFR and I started RAGE Plugin hook and got this error. (Photo of error is attached)

I use GTA 5 on steam, so I made sure it was updated by doing properties>local files>verify integrity of game cache, and it said my GTA 5 is up to date on all updates.

If you need any other screen shots just say it.

You need to update rage. 
Download the latest version here but it's not really worth it because there's a new DLC coming out tomorrow and I believe it's too late to backup your game so you'd be best waiting until the next version of Rage is released.

The thing is I haven't even started LSPDFR yet, so I don't mind losing anything

Oh my god another error came up when I downloaded the latest version.

It's not too late to backup your game version until Steam has downloaded the new version.

Oh my god another error came up when I downloaded the latest version.

 

Make sure you're running Rage from the directory where GTA V is installed.

In what way should I back up my game?

I've never backed up GTA 5 before??

From memory, when you first run Rage it should ask if you want Rage to make a backup of your game files, just click Yes and it should do the hard lifting for you.

When steam downloads the new version tomorrow, you'll get the same "game version not supported" message again. To fix that, when you launch Rage you should see a little cog wheel icon in the very first splash screen, click that and when it loads the setttings panel, go to the right-most tab and click restore. If that doesn't make sense, both myself and Albo1125 have video tutorials showing how to go about it
