I'm using Traffic Policer and Police Radio. When I eventually make the determination that I'll be making an arrest on a traffic stop I like to call for an additional unit in the event that things go south. I do that with police radio mod and it works great. What I am wondering is if there is a way to tell that back up "Alright we're code 4, you can clear" or even better yet, have them transport my detainee for me? If not then what mod is it that I've seen in some gameplay videos where they "request a transport"?

Anyways I've figured out the prisoner transport part but still curious on how to tell backup units to clear the call/scene.

When you leave the scene, the additional units you requested with police radio will leave the scene, too. If you want them to leave before, you'll have to press the button you use to scoll up in police radio or the question menu. 

They leave the scene but they leave their code 2 cars behind.

Yes that happen also in my game that they leave their code 2 cars behind. perhaps that happen because we have not bring the task to an good end, I see that when I bring an task to an good end then all cars are leaving.

What do you mean by "good end"? Example please? 

Good end I mean that you do everything what you need to do, and not forget something
