Whenever I play LCPDFR i get some very noticable performance issues while on duty, In police vehicles as soon as i hit a moderate to high speed my frames start stuttering to the point it's unplayable I have No idea what's causing this, I've tried reinstalling GTAV & LCPDFR but none of this worked.

Mods: DashcamV, Emergency Strobes, EUP Clothing, Skin Control, GTA comes alive, Spotlight, Vehicle search, arrest manager, bait car, federal law crazy stray callouts, traffic policer.

Emergency Strobes - Do you have it set to AI on the configs? If so turn AI of this is most likely what is the problem i have had it before

I had this problem as well, and what solved the problem for me was disabling programs running in the background. I had over 15 programs completing background tasks while I played and my game was freezing like crazy. Have you tried doing that?

Thanks, This seems to have fixed my Issue

Okay, I was wrong, It started off okay, However as soon as i start to speed up or get in a pursuit it starts to stutter, textures Stop loading and sometimes I end up driving on a road that hasn't loaded, Any idea's?

 

In task manager, try setting GTA 5.exe priority to high.

When you load task manager, make sure your on the detailed view: Bottom right arrow, I believe.

Then head to the Details tab and right click GTAV.exe and set priority to high.

Okay after setting it to high priority through the task manager nothing has changed :/

Set the game to windowed 800x600, pull task manager Performance menu up next to it and check CPU usage while playing.

CPU usage was at about 70-80% playing 20% Idle
