I've installed the necessary things, the only thing I had to tweak was downloading the newest RAGE plugin because the other one said it was outdated / the wrong version.

I've tried to play the game without rage and it works fine, but when I walk around with RAGE launched, LSP works fine but pedestrians instantly die anytime I approach them.

How can I fix this?

Never had this before so I haven't a clue. Sorry.

This is very intriguing. Could you please post your rage log file for us to take a look? 

Please forgive my ignorance, I know you guys have a very in depth process around here for maximum efficiency, but I am not sure how to access my log file?

 

I found this in my "Logs" folder. So maybe this is correct?

Do you have mods/plugins other than LSPDFR installed? If you have a trainer, you might need to check its options, possibly also disabling any keybindings (I've seen one or two trainers with some pretty randomish things having default keybindings, and most of them detect the keypress even if you're in an LSPDFR menu/typing in the computer/etc).

Out of curiosity, what type of trainer do you mean? I have the Map editor and I also have the Native trainer.

Things like Native Trainer. I can't remember if it's one of the ones that has those kind of features, but its the right type of mod to be the culprit.
