I just realized that most of my LSPDFR Plugins are not working at all(The standalone rage plugins work though). The only ones that are working are Albo's mods. Any reason why this could be happening? Am I missing a certain file?

This was happening to me and and I found out that one of Albo's mods has outdated files like the RageNativeUI.dll and whatnot. I believe it was Arrest Manager that has the outdated files so install Traffic Policers ones over it/

Update AutoPursuitBackupDisabler, Assorted Callouts and Police Radio. This will fix your issues.
