The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I'm trying to get OpenIV to my GTA V directory, but when I go to use it, it pops up with the error message in the title. Here's a screenshot of it:

I'm using retail version, not steam version. Can anyone tell me what's happening or how to fix it? I've looked around a bit but can't seem to find any solutions...

Thanks, was just clicking the middle thinking it meant all 3 were combined. :)

 Does it have to be a certain type of computer/laptop to download the mods?
