I have not been able to load any skins up for the any vehicles since i have installed visual V. The skins worked before the install of visual V. I have not figured out how to uninstall visual V to test if that is the problem. any help would be appreciated

    If you installed it into a 'mods' folder, you can simply remove the mods folder and re-add the skins.
    If not, you'll have to verify/reinstall your game.

    Does that including skinning stock vehicles or just your replacement/add-on vehicles?

    If something doesn't work, reinstall it. Should be your first move.
