You're giving a very small amount of information. It's very hard to diagnose a problem like that.

Plus, your internet speed is not the only factor at play here.

Try reading this, and then following the instructions it gives you: 

 

There was an issue last night with the Downloads that I believe has been resolved. Would you be able to try Downloading again, and see if it works now.
