so i click Rage Plugin Hook and it loads and as its supposed to, it automatically opens story mode. but it does not load the LSPDFR plugin so its basically like playing the regual game but with RPH. How do you fix that? none of the police stations show up either. 

When you open Rage, click on that little grey settings tool, go to Plugins and make sure "Load all plugins on startup" is checked. If you already have that checked, the only thing I can think of is to open the Rage Plugin Hook in game menu (I believe it is F4) and type LoadPlugin LSPD First Response and input whatever suggestion comes up because I'm sure I'm not typing that exactly right.

when i press F4, the Rage Hook Plugin trainer comes up and it gives me the options to change the weather and etc. And the load all plugins is checked. i tried that.

When you go to Rage settings like I mentioned before, on the General tab it should say Console Key: .... You need to try that key and then type LoadPlugin LSPD First Response. Mine says F12 but I can't remember if that is the default key. 

i tried changing the console key to something more suitable but when i pressed it in game, noting came up.

You can find the user manual in your LSPDFR Download folder. If you still have questions after reading the User Documentation, review the LSPDFR FAQ; http://www.lcpdfr.com/forums/topic/51162-lspdfr-frequently-asked-questions/. 

Ensure you have a folder titled "LSPDFR" and "plugins" in your root directory. 

• The plugins folder should contain the following; 
  • LSPD First Response.dll
  • A folder titled "LSPDFR"

Ensure that you are running a supported version of LSPDFR. As of 2016-02-22 ONLY LSPDFR 0.3.1 is supported - No LSPDFR 0.2 plugins are supported for LSPDFR 0.3.1 unless otherwise stated

Make sure you have the latest RagePluginHook (LSPDFR 0.3.1 includes RPH 36): http://ragepluginhook.net/

i tried that but when i pressed it, nothing came up. i also double checked that i was pressing the right console key    

That's very odd. Sounds to me maybe this is a Rage issue and not a LSPDFR issue, their forums can be found Here.

Actually, can someone please give me a picture of a working GTA5LSPDFR directory and plugins folder. I want to be able to compare it to mine so i know what is missing. Also, if possible, would someone like to set up a team viewer session with me and help me fix it.

My Problem:the LSPDFR plugin is not loading when RagePluginHook completes its loading process. When i spawn in Franklin's house. Ontop of my HDR, it says welcome to the RagePluginHook. but as far as i know, it is supposed to say that LSPDFR has loaded as well onto of that. It does not say that.

Solutions i tried: Reinstalling a fresh LSPDFR and RagePluginHook. making sure it says load LSPDFR plugin in the RagePluginHook settings.

I have the retail version of the game.

I can run GTA5 perfectly fine on my computer with no problems with over loading my computer. therefore my computer reaches system requirements.

I am using no mods other then LSPDFR. i will download more after i can get into LSPDFR.
