I never post only because i normally fix the issue myself ,but im curious if anyone has had this problem ... When i call for backup or push the panic button .. backup marks as responding and with get there if i hold 8 down .. but when they go to leave they get stuck and spin tires and move really slow ... and when in chase cars that are on the side of the road and want to join the pursuit are frozen with their sirens on trying to move .. i have everything up to date and have pulled a few plugins but still no luck .. just wondering has anyone come across this issue b4? .. Thanks in advance!

Are you using a trainer? If so try disabling things like: freeze wanted level or ignore police, option. I remember drivng around and all the LSPD units appeared to be doing static burnouts and not responding. After removing freeze wanted level and ignore police, bingo - units responding again.

Sooo .. I still am having the same issue .. 

Im having this issue too

yeah next step is to start removing my most newest and recent plugins ... the funny thing is ,all plugins work as they should with the exception of the back up and getting stuck when leaving for transport .. like the move but extremely slow

Sorry it didn't work with the trainer man! Seems like you're onto the next best option - If I think of anything else i'l get back to you.

Make sure you turn off both cops ignore player and everyone ignores player. I am using simple trainer and when I turned off the everyone ignore player in the second page of the options menu, every backup unit started driving to me

Worked like a charm!!! Thano you so much .. now I'm getting ran over again by back-up aso it normally goes , man I missed that lol  .. just weird because I have never touched that feature or had an issue like that b4 and have been play lcpd for a couple years now
