ok..... so ive literally spent the last three days trying to get this mod to install and load correctly, ive looked at and studied every forum on this issue and have followed every direction I could possibly find to fix this issue....in doing that I did find some things I was missing like for example c++ 2010 sp1 redist which is now installed with every other program needed to run this mod.... ragehook loads perfectly fine and ive ran the troubleshooting tool and everything checks out fine but when the game loads its just the normal gta 5 and the menu does not work it freezes the game until I hit the f4 key again and no police badges on radar.....I have enough knowledge to read forums and follow instructions but I am still very new to modding games on pc. so if you think you can help me there might be some times where you have to hold my hand and walk me through lol please for the love of god someone be my savior!!!!! I want nothing more than this game to finally load up properly.. thank you in advance

Please supply screenshots of the contents in the plugins folder as well as screenshots of the GTA 5 main root directory so we can help out more.

I'm sorry if I missed something.... heres the screenshots of those folders

cyan I'm sorry that I overelooked the instructions.... this stupid game has fried my brain  and it was very late when I made this post.... in order to rectify this I searched for the RPH log but I'm not exactly sure where that file would be?? also my system  specs are as follows

windows 10

invidia GeForce GTX 970M graphics card

1TB system

alienware M17 R3 (if that makes a difference)

16GB RAM

16GB memory

if I'm missing something else please let me know.. oh also I'm currently not running any mods whatsoever

 

Is there anything wrong that you can see within my directory or plugin folder? For the life of me I still can't figure this out. What a huge pain. And I bet it's something simple that I'm overlooking or don't have set up properly

You can find the user manual in your LSPDFR Download folder. If you still have questions after reading the User Documentation, review the LSPDFR FAQ; http://www.lcpdfr.com/forums/topic/51162-lspdfr-frequently-asked-questions/. 

Ensure you have a folder titled "LSPDFR" and "plugins" in your root directory. 

• The plugins folder should contain the following; 
  • LSPD First Response.dll
  • A folder titled "LSPDFR"

Ensure that you are running a supported version of LSPDFR. As of 2016-02-22 ONLY LSPDFR 0.3.1 is supported - No LSPDFR 0.2 plugins are supported for LSPDFR 0.3.1 unless otherwise stated

Make sure you have the latest RagePluginHook (LSPDFR 0.3.1 includes RPH 36): http://ragepluginhook.net/ 

Please do so now and return to this topic when this is done and do the following;

• Give a clear, detailed description of the problem.
• Explain any circumstances surrounding the problem.
• State what solutions you have tried.
• State which version of the game you're using (Steam or Retail)

from my folder, I can only see youre missing RAGENativui but since you also said you are not running anything else, you wouldnt need it.. whats inside your LSPDFR folder? if anything?

I'm not exactly sure what should or should not be in there.  I'm trying just to get LSPDFR to run without any mods or anything, just the bone stock LSPDFR. from there I will work on mods

should there be anything in the commandline folder?? please keep in mind this is the steam version of GTA5

This is just getting absolutely ridiculous.....I'm seriously doubting that the mod is worth all this trouble.... even trying ridiculous things found on the rage hook forums I still can't get this thing to work. I do have a feeling it's with rage hook though but not a 100% sure. I found the rage hook log and noticed that it failed to create the d3d11 device so I looked that up in the forums and followed their "fail safe" fix with no avail!!!! Seriously is it worth it? I'm having my doubts

OMG!!!!! I have no idea what I did but I finally got it to work and it's glorious I tell you!!! Absolutely glorious!!!!!!!!!!!
